AccoPrepAI provides users with an AI-powered learning platform for CA and CMA exam preparation, including but not limited to an AI assistant, mock test generation, and performance analytics ("Features"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for all content, including text and images, that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service. You agree not to use the Service to upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by the AI and it should be used for educational guidance only.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AccoPrepAI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You should always verify AI-generated information with official ICAI/ICMAI materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that AccoPrepAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the service.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
